Father:

Daughter: Yes, I’m truing to go poopie so I have to take my time, there are magazines over there

Father: I don’t think any of these would be good for you to read.

Daughter: No, I meant for you to read

(I guess that was her way to let daddy know she’d be a while)

We met an unusual octopus named Oat. Oat had a big head and pink skin. He Had blue eyes with an ugly face. One day Oat found a friend named Willy Who had special karate powers. His new friend Willy was a zebra fish that taught Oat how to drive. While they were driving Oat accidently sprayed blue ink on the windsheild. Oat used his sticky arms to clean the ink off of the windsheild. Using his long blue legs he felt his way back home.

How should a Father feel?

Posted in family by Tim on the June 19th, 2006

Father’s day came and passed with very little fanfare and that is how I liked it.

Why…I don’t know.

I love my children and love being a father. If someone said Happy Fathers day I said Thank You. The only thing is that it iritated me to no end everytime I heard Fathers Day mentioned.

Why…once again I don’t know.

I would have preferred to skip the day. If I could have made it through the day with no mention of Fathers Day I would have been great. But I was hit with it everytime I turned around…but for some reason on the iside it just made my blood boil.

Do I have any unresolved issues with my father…NO!!!

Do I enjoy being a father….YEAH!!! (screamed as if I was Lil Jon)

So why the issues with the day? I’ve never really been excited about the day…but the year is the first time I just wanted to avoid it altogether.

Why?….dammit quick asking me I said I didn’t know….
